A vision board can be used to help manifest things into your life, or even to uplift your mood. They are really fun, and creative!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

First step is to know what you want. Browse through the magazines, and cut out words, or images that you like. Cut out things you would like to have, for example I cut out images of a computer. I also cut out flowers, just because I feel happy when I look at them. This process is strictly individual, cut out whatever you like. If you want a car, cut one out, or if you want to be in shape, then cut out things that relate to that.

  2. Step 2

Next is take a cardboard piece what ever size you prefer. Take your images, and glue them onto your board. Have fun with it, this is something for yourself to help motivate you. It will also help you open yourself to receiving the things you want. It actually helps by focusing your awareness to, not the lack of, but on the things you want itself. I know it sounds tricky, but this has always worked for me. I find its very motivational to look at.

  3. Step 3

Now after, you glued your images onto your board, place your new vision board in an area you will easily see it. It works well by the bed, that way you can see it when you awaken, and just before you go to sleep. Its important to see it because these are your dreams, and desires. You can make as many as you want, or change them whenever you want.

Tips & Warnings
  • Every time I look at mine, (yes, I have one, I would not be writing this article if I didn't believe in this myself), I feel uplifted. That to me is well enough reason to try this
