How to Uninstall Panda Software

Panda Security publishes a variety of security-related software applications for Windows operating systems. Panda software products include an antivirus program, a general security utility for protection from spyware and other Internet threats, an antispam utility, specialized security software for netbooks and online security tools for use over the Internet. All installed Panda software products can be removed from your Windows operating system. If you want to uninstall Panda software, you can use the uninstaller program that is included as part of the Panda software installation process.

Instructions

1. Click the "Start" button; then click the "All Programs" link in the Start menu.

2. Click the icon for the Panda software product you want to remove in the list of programs in the Start menu. For example, you might click the "Panda Antivirus Pro 2009" icon. When you click the Panda software product icon, a submenu is displayed.

3. Click the "Uninstall" icon in the Panda software product's submenu. This starts the uninstall wizard.

4. Follow the prompts in the uninstall wizard; then close the wizard when it finishes.

5. Restart your computer to complete the uninstall process.
