- 7 1/4-inch tall plastic curling ribbon bobbin Spray paint in desired color 2-inch wide wired ribbon Measuring tape Silk ivy garland Assorted silk flowers Wire cutters Hot glue gun 3-inch pillar candle 2-liter plastic bottle Permanent marker Craft knife Flat floral marbles Taper candle 2 matching tea cups and saucers Household cement Tea light candle

Step 1
Remove the labels from the curling ribbon bobbin and spray paint it with the desired color. Allow the paint to dry. Measure and cut a 24-inch length of 2-inch wide wired ribbon. Set the bobbin spool on end. Tie the ribbon around the post of the bobbin spool, just under the top edge of the spool.

Step 2
Apply assorted silk ivy garland and flowers to the post of the ribbon bobbin spool using a hot glue gun. Use the wire cutters to cut the ivy garland and flower stems.

Step 3
Apply hot glue to the bottom of the pillar candle and secure to the top of the ribbon bobbin candle holder.

Step 1
Measure 1 inch above the label on the 2-liter bottle and mark a ring around the bottle. Use the craft knife to cut the bottle on the line. Spray paint the outside of the 2 liter bottle top with the desired color. Allow the paint to dry.

Step 2
Apply hot glue to one side of the flat floral marbles and attach to the inside cut edge of the bottle top. These will not be seen; they are used to weigh down the bottle top.

Step 3
Cut a 24-inch length of 2-inch wide wired ribbon. Tie the ribbon into a bow around the threaded top of the 2 liter top. Remove the heads of the silk flowers from the stems. Hot glue the flower heads around the bottom cut edge of the bottle top candle holder.

Step 4
Insert the taper candle into the top of the bottle top to finish.

Step 1
Apply household cement to a tea cup bottom and center it on top of a saucer. Apply household cement to the rim of the tea cup and stack the other saucer on top. Apply household cement to the remaining tea cup's bottom and center it on the second saucer. Align the tea cup handles on the same side of the stack. Allow the household cement to set for several hours or overnight.

Step 2
Wind the silk ivy garland around the top tea cup handle to hold. Wind the ivy garland around the tea cup stack. Cut the ivy at the bottom of the stack and hot glue to the top of the bottom saucer.

Step 3
Cut an 18-inch length of 2-inch wired ribbon and tie it into a bow. Center the bow on one side of the bottom saucer and use hot glue to attach it. Remove the silk flower heads from the stems and hot glue them to the tops of the saucers.

Step 4
Place a tea candle in the top of the cup and saucer candle holder to finish.
