How to Brew Sencha

Sencha is a traditional Japanese green tea valued for its sweet flavor and nutty, grassy notes. Sencha is dark green in appearance and characterized by tightly rolled, needle-shaped leaves. Sencha is a young tea, picked early to produce a blend of sweet and astringent properties. Because of this delicate balance, it can be a difficult tea to properly brew, often resulting in a bitter cup of tea lacking the distinctive earthy notes. Brewing it properly, however, only takes some precision and patience. Does this Spark an idea?
