How to Insert a Graphic or Animation in Your Outlook Email Signature
A signature line provides a professional look to email communications. Graphics and animations can be added to signature lines in Outlook for consistent formatting and identity. Outlook can manage graphic and picture files as attachments; however, the size of the graphic or pictures for use on a signature line is limited. A common use of graphics in a signature line is a company logo.

Tips & Warnings
Once your signature file is created, add your signature to email messages by selecting the "Insert" function in an email message and choosing your desired signature file from the drop-down menu.
The file format that is compatible for Outlook signatures is GIF, JPEG and PNG. Other graphic files such as TIFF and BMP are too large to include in a signature line.
