Always start your make-up regimen with a clean pallet. In this case, your eye lids need to be cleansed with a mild eye make-up remover. Olive oil is organic and work well. Your eye lids are also moisturized after using the oil. Use a disposable puff for the job.

Apply shadow and eyebrow pencil as you would normally.

Run the liner brush through the gel. Allow it to float on in a single stroke from just over your pupil to an eye lash's length beyond the eye. Let dry.

Dip the brush into the gel again and wipe away any excess. Line from the inside of the eye, just over the top of the first stroke, and taper in at the end of the eyelid.

Repeat this for the bottom of the eyelid. Do not line beyond the end of the eye. Fill in the edge under your lashes top and bottom with a pencil liner. The gel might get into your eye and smudge.
