How to Use Garlic for Intestinal Bacteria

Although the smell of garlic can be repulsive to many, its health benefits are tremendous. The active healing agent in the garlic is called "allicin." The stronger the smell, the more potent its allicin content. Allicin is excellent for fighting off intestinal bacteria such as parasites and candidiasis. If you can't stand the smell of allicin, take the garlic in a form that is easier on your nose.
