Protecting your garden from pest can be as easy as knowing which other plants to plant. In order to deter pesky garden pests.

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    In order to keep certain garden pests away you should try to plant some:
    Catnip to keep Black vine weevils, Colorado potato beetles, and Deer away.
    Onions or Garlic will keep Aphids, Borers, Cabbage loopers, and Deer away.
    Squill will keep away Gophers and Moles.

  2. Step 2

    Planting: Southernwood will keep away the Ants, Fruit tree moths, and Mosquitoes.
    Mint will keep out the Mice, Flea beetles, Cabbage moths, and Aphids.
    Tansy will keep the Japanese beetles, Ants, Colorado potato beetles and Borers away.
    Nasturtiums will keep Aphids, Asparagus beetles, Colorado potato beetles and Mexican bean beetles at bay.

  3. Step 3

    And lastly planting: Rosemary will deter Deer, Mexican bean beetles, Cabbage moths, and Cabbage loopers.
    Rue will deter Japanese beetles and Cats from returning to your garden.
    Spearmint will get rid of Deer and Ants also from your garden.
