Allergies to pollen can be problematic on a nice spring and summer day. If you rather not take common drugs found you can also try over the counter natural antihistamines to treat pollen allergies.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Nettle is a herb used across Europe for pollen allergies. Take 500 milligrams three times a day to keep pollen allergies away.

  2. Step 2

    Get rid of your pollen allergies and improve your memory at the same time. Ginkgo Bilbo not only enhances memory but it is also a very effective natural Antihistamines to Treat Pollen Allergies as well. Take 60 to 240 milligrams a day.

  3. Step 3

    Quercetin a natural substance also give relief for pollen allergies. However if your already taking other herbs that contain quercetin such as nettle, do not take another dose of it. If allergy problems to pollen are only slight, try foo that has quercetin in them naturally such as green tea and purple grapes.

  4. Step 4

    If you feel a pollen attack coming on or know you will be outside in a field all day try eating some flax seed or take some fish oil pills. Fax seed and fish oil helps rids the body of toxins.
