How to polish silver with two different methods?

Weather you are polishing jewelry like (pendants, chains, rings) or even décor like silver plates, spoons, silver candle holders or basically anything made of silver, here are my ultimate silver cleaning instructions.
Cleaning your silver and keeping it perfectly is not hard at all!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Silver polish liquid
  • Cream based Silver Cleaner
  • White cloths
  • Gloves
  • Pot
  • Water
  1. Step 1

    There are many methods:
Polish liquid is used by dipping your silver jewelry for 30 sec and taking it out and drying with a dry white cloth. This method works better when polishing small items, like pendants

  2. Step 2

Cream base jewelry cleaner, with this method make sure you use a pair of gloves as black tarnish can dye your hands, with a white cloth apply a generous amount into the item to be cleaned depending on the item size of the item and rub with a circular movement.
Use a toothbrush for those hard to reach areas.

  3. Step 3

After either process I recommend putting the pieces into boiling water or washing them with warm water, this will take the solution or any cream that has been left on your piece. After boiling dry each with every single piece a good dry. This last step will bring new life to your old tarnish silver.

    Good luck,

    Mily

Tips & Warnings
  • I did come to find out that if you are cleaning silver with a lower than 9.25 tarnishes faster and its silver fades faster.
