How to Change Mouse Icon on Mouseover
When you move your mouse to hover over something clickable on your computer screen, the cursor that shows the mouse's location on the screen changes into an icon. The default icon is often an hourglass or a pointing finger. But there are a few additional mouse icons that you can choose from. Changing a mouse icon can be done with coding or it can be as simple as making some changes in the control panel.
