How to Complete Level 1 Mission 8 on Mario Kart DS

Mario Kart DS is the fifth incarnation in Nintendo's kart-racing series featuring characters from the popular Mario series. Players can choose to play in several different modes; Time Trial, Grand Prix, Vs., Mission and Battle. The Mission mode offers seven levels with eight missions in each level. Players must complete an objective in each mission before proceeding to the next, and each level features a boss that players must defeat after completing the eighth mission.

Instructions

1. Begin the mission. The goal for completing this mission is to perform four Power-Slide Turbo Boosts in one lap, ideally performing one around each turn.

2. Perform the move by holding the "R" trigger button while driving into a turn. When your kart starts sliding, rapidly alternate between pressing left and right. When you see the blue sparks turn orange, release the "R" trigger button.

3. Perform the move three more times before the lap ends to complete the mission.
