Step 1
Physicians Formula Mineral Wear Talc-Free Mineral Tinted Moisturizer SPF 15 in Fair to LightIn "Twilight", makeup artist Jeanne Van Phue uses SK-II Air Touch Foundation in OP-3, which uses an airbrush applicator that allows for very light, even coverage. Since this product is not affordable for most people, a cream foundation or tinted moisturizer is recommended. Apply either of these evenly to an exfoliated, clean face. If you are NOT using the tinted moisturizer, make sure you have moisturized as well. Moisturizer not only prevents flaky skin, but actually prevents oiliness -- this may seem counterintuitive, but it keeps the skin from "overcompensating" from an apparent lack of moisture. Kristen has a very clean and dewy complexion, and smooth skin is a very important part of getting her look. Nothing will ruin a natural appearance faster than caked-on foundation!

Step 2
Smashbox Limitless Lash MascaraApply black mascara to top lids only. Start with the wand at the base of the lashline, then wiggle it back and forth as you roll the wand up to the tips of the lashes (the wiggling gesture prevents clumping). In "Twilight", Bella is wearing Smashbox Limitless Lash Mascara in black waterproof.

Step 3
Smashbox Lip and Lid PrimerApply a primer to eyelids, blending with your ring finger until even. Kristen wears Smashbox Lip and Lid Primer.

Step 4
Make sure to apply these shades in the proper order.Apply the rosy pink eyeshadow (1) to your top eyelids, stopping at the crease. Then apply the soft, smoky taupe (2) to the inner and outer corners of the eyelid (not past the eyelid!). Apply this same shade (2) to the top and bottom lashlines as you would an eyeliner, again being careful not to overextend the lashline. Finally, apply a creamy beige shadow directly under the eyebrow to highlight the browbone, as well as the far inner corner of the eye, near the bridge of the nose. Blend the colors with a Q-Tip (or your finger) until they are joined seamlessly, but do not smudge it so much that it becomes one color. The shades worn by Kristen Stewart are:
M.A.C. Eyeshadow in Girlie* (rosy pink)
M.A.C. Eyeshadow in Wedge (smoky taupe)
M.A.C. Eyeshadow in Blanc Type (creamy beige)
*The actual color used in the film was Flute, which has been discontinued. Girlie is its shade equivalent. -
Step 5
Visiora Compact PowderUsing a large makeup brush, sweep a light pink compact powder blush across your cheekbones in a swirling motion. Start at your ears, then sweep down towards the apples of your cheeks. Again, use only a light application to keep the look natural. Jeanne Van Phue uses Visiora Compact Powder in PC-103 (Pink) to give Bella that subtle radiance.

Step 6
M.A.C. Blot Powder/PressedApply a pressed blotting/finishing powder on cheeks, chin, forehead, and nose to set makeup in place and to control facial oil. Kristen wears M.A.C. Blot Powder/Pressed in Light.
-
Step 7
Benefit Silky Finish Lipstick in Good to GoApply the primer to just your bottom lip, then press lips together. Apply a brownish, plum-rose lipstick -- The lipstick should not be too matte or too goopy; it should have a moist, satiny finish. Bella wears Benefit Silky Finish Lipstick in Good to Go.
