Scorching heat can make your body dehydrate very fast. Once body is dehydrates, you dont feel like to do anything. This article gives you quick tips about How to rehydrate your body.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Create habit of drinking at least 8 glass of water everyday. Specially were climate is usually above 80 degree F. Even if you are at home, at high temperatures you will loose more water as compare to low temperature days.

  2. Step 2
     

    To drink more water, buy glass that is big in terms of height. Such type of glass will hold more amount of water and you will gradually start drinking more water. It made me drink more water as compare to small glass.

  3. Step 3
     

    To rehydrate your body, drink liquid that contents minerals ions like Gatorade. When your body gets dehydrated, it looses salts and minerals ions along with water. So it is very important to drink liquid with ions.
    You can also drink mixture of water + sugar + salt for immediate relief

  4. Step 4
     

    You can also rehydrate your body by eating fruits that are watery in contents like watermelon, cantaloupe, orange etc. Such kind of fruits provides both sugar in form of fructose and water.

  5. Step 5
     

    Green mango pulp juice plays very important part in fighting against scorching heat. You can boil green mango and mix the pulp with huge amount of water along with sugar and salt for taste.

  6. Step 6

    If you are head is spinning due to heat then along with liquids and fruits , sleep will also help you to recover back. If situation is worst then better go to hospital.
