Leg cramps hurt like you know what. They usually happen because a person over exerts him or herself. Cramps will go away after some time naturally, but If your in an activity that calls for you to work, then you need to know what to do to keep going.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Drink more water

Stop muscle leg cramps by consuming good amounts of water before and during an intensive activity. Remember muscles are like 80% water so when muscles become deficient, they start to tighten up and contract.

  2. Step 2

    Daily stretching

You can also stop leg muscle cramps by stretching your legs every day, before you start an activity or work. This will make your leg muscles more relaxed and less likely to cramp.

  3. Step 3

    Obtain massage therapy

Get heat massages done on a regular basis, to keep your muscles calm and loose so you can avoid cramps.

  4. Step 4

Add these steps to your tool chest, as options to reduce or end cramps in your legs.
