Things You'll Need:
- non stick pan
- spatula
- eggs (3 per person)
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- water
- bowl
- fork
-
Step 1
Take out your non-stick pan and place it on the stove. Now, take out a bowl and crack all of the eggs into it. Now, add approximately 1 tablespoon of water per three eggs into the bowl. (This will make the eggs fluffier)You may need a bigger bowl depending on how many eggs you are cooking. Now add salt and pepper to the eggs.
-
Step 2
Take your fork, and beat the eggs. To do this, move the fork in a circular motion going up and down. Be sure to scrape the bottom of the bowl every time you go down and stir quickly. Do this until the eggs are fully mixed and start to get a little frothy.
-
Step 3
Now, pour about 2 tablespoons of olive oil into the pan. With your spatula, move around the oil until the bottom of the pan is completely covered. Turn on the heat to a medium level and wait for the oil to heat up. Now pour your egg mix into the pan and let it cook for about one minute. While it is cooking rinse out your bowl and fork.
-
Step 4
When the sides start to looked cooked, take your spatula and turn the edges inward. The egg mix will start to cook in the middle also, so start to move the eggs around in no particular order. Now start to chop up the eggs into pieces as they cook and keep mixing them around.
-
Step 5
After the eggs are a golden yellow take them out and serve. :] Be sure to wash off all cooking supplies in the sink.
