Things You'll Need:
- 11 ounces of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 loaf of French bread
- mayonnaise
- parsley flakes
- dill pickle spears
- deli ham

Step 1
You need a large bowl to start you will add 11 ounces of cream cheese, 1 cup of celery, 1 cup of shredded cheese, 1/2 cup chopped red pepper, and l teaspoon of garlic salt. Once this is fully combined you will then need to hollow out the top and bottom of the French bread. You will need a half inch deep shell to place your filling.

Step 2
You can save the bread that you removed for another use. You will now spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over the bread. Then you will sprinkle your dried parsley flakes. Then fill each half of the bread with the filling mixture. You will now wrap your ham around your dill pickle spears.

Place lengthwise over the filling mixture. Now replace the top over top of the bottom portion and press together. You will now wrap the bread with foil and refrigerate overnight. Just before serving slice into one inch sections.
