The employer must guarantee that you have a job once you arrive in the country. You must go through three processes to enter the country for work. Find a United States citizen, fall in love and marry. You must first marry someone and then apply for a green card. However, you must prove that you are married for love and commitment, not just to gain permanent residency in the country. This means that you have to be the loving couple in all ways. You will still have to have your name put on the waiting list for a green card, but you will get one as long as you can stay married to your chosen partner.
