Step 1
Understand your body and the levels of arousal. There are four phases of arousal: the Excitement stage, where the breathing deepens; the Plateau Stage, where the erection is at its peak; the Orgasm, with ejaculation; and the Recovery stage, where breathing goes back to normal.

Step 2
Either you or your partner can find the duct that is between the anus and the scrotum and press firmly. Pressing just before orgasm should stop premature ejaculation. When you start doing this technique it may be necessary to withdraw the penis, but with practice it can be done without withdrawal.

Step 3
You will know if you found the right area if you press it and it feels like an electrical charge through your erection. At first you will need to let your body relax until your breathing goes back to normal and erection becomes softer. Once you're in a relaxed state, continue with sexual intercourse. After practicing this technique for a couple of months, you can skip the relaxation phase.
