How to Install Call of Duty 4 Maps
Call of Duty 4 is one of the most popular games on the market. In its first year alone, the game had sold over ten million copies for the Xbox 360, PC and PlayStation 3 platforms. While all three versions of the game have received praise from game critics, the PC game has one advantage over the consoles: custom maps. Installing these maps is an easy process that takes only a few minutes.

Tips & Warnings
On the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, you can, for a fee, download map packs that will download and install automatically on the console.
Do not download any files that you are not certain about. If you do not trust the file or the website where you found it, avoid downloading. You could be downloading a virus. Be sure to install the game files into the "usermaps" folder. Installing files anywhere else could disrupt the game's proper functions.
