How to Avoid Mold and Milk Allergies

If you suffer from allergies, you probably feel miserable, with constant sneezing and red, itchy eyes, or hives. If your allergies are triggered by mold spores or a milk intolerance, there are steps you can take to avoid being close to those triggers.

Instructions

1. Avoid food products that contain both fungi and milk, such as cheese, sour cream, buttermilk or some deli meats.

2. Read labels on food cartons to ensure there are no milk products in them.

3. Try using soy products instead. It may be easier on your stomach. The chocolate and vanilla soy milks taste delicious.

4. Reduce the humidity to around 40 degrees in your house, making sure your house is well ventilated and that air is circulating.

5. Wear a mask if you must cut your own grass and weeds to prevent mold spores from flying into your face.

6. Buy a dehumidifier to control indoor moisture so your rooms don't smell moldy and musty.
