Plug in the Microsoft Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter to one of the USB ports on the back of your Xbox 360.

Turn on your Xbox 360 and navigate to "My Xbox" and then "System Settings."

Go to "Network Settings" and then "Configure Network."

Select the appropriate settings for the wireless network you will be connecting to on the "Basic Settings" tab.

Enter the name of the SSID of the wireless network you will be connecting to. If the SSID is not broadcast, select "Specify Unlisted Network" and enter in the SSID of the network manually.

Enter in the wireless security key (WEP or WPA) so that your Xbox 360 can access the network.

Select "Test Xbox Live Connection" back on the "Network Settings" screen to verify that your Xbox 360 is now connected to the wireless network and ready for use.
