How to Make Tuna Noodle Salad

This article has been written for people who don't want to slave over the stove during the summer months. This dish will be excellent as a side or main dish. You will learn a simple recipe that is extremely satisfying. The kids will love it! I know mine did.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3 cans of tuna(6ounces each)
  • 1 cup of Miracle Whip(or sandwhich spread or Mayo)
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet relish
  • 8 ounces of egg noodles
  • 4 eggs, diced
  • salt and pepper(optional)
  1. Step 1

    In a medium sized pan, pour water and bring to a boil. Add egg noodles to the pan and cook for 8 minutes. Drain. Rinse with cold water and set aside.

  2. Step 2

    In a medium sized pan, add water and place 4 eggs in the pan. Boil for 10-15 minutes or until done. Rinse eggs in cold water. Peel, dice and set aside. Be sure to not cut the eggs too small or too large.

  3. Step 3

    Slice and dice a medium sized onion, using only half of it and set aside.

  4. Step 4

    Open the three cans of tuna and drain any access water or oil.

  5. Step 5

    Mix tuna, onions, noodles and eggs together. Add Miracle Whip, a teaspoon of mustard and relish and blend well. Season to taste.

  6. Step 6

    Cool in the refrigerat for a 1/2 hour to an hour or until desired temperature. If you would like to add more relish, Miracle whip or any other ingredient, the choice is yours. Enjoy!
