First, identify the dvd that has been scratched or is skipping when inserted into the dvd player.
-
Step 2
Healthy BananaNext, get a ripe banana from your kitchen.
-
Step 3
Eating a Healthy BananaPeel and eat the banana for your daily fruit intake and to get that boost of Potassium in your system. Don't throw away the peel.

Step 4
Take the DVD and turn it over on it's back side. Take your banana peel and rub it lightly all around the back of the DVD, but not in a circular motion. It's best to wipe from the inside out in a straight motion. You will begin to see a slight haze.

Step 5
Soft Cloth or Paper TowelsFinally, get a soft napkin and wet it just a little bit. Wipe the film off of the banana that's on the DVD.

on 9/5/2009 I am going to have to try that. My little girl's Cinderella DVD has been a bit over-handled and has some scratches on it.
