How to Use a Triton GE Profile Dishwasher

GE introduced the Triton product range to be both high performance and energy efficient built-in units. Triton's high performance features are very quiet operation, high powered jetting and flexible loading capacity for odd size dishes and cookware. Energy efficiencies come from lower than average water consumption, sensors that monitor debris in the wash water and adjust water usage accordingly to save water when it can, and a SpeedClean cycle that can wash and dry in less than an hour.

Instructions

1. Load the Triton dishwasher collapsing or standing up the rack tines to accommodate the size and shape of your dishes. Place glassware on the top racks. Fill the utensil baskets with silverware and other small items.

2. Fill the rinse agent reservoir with Jet Dry or other brand liquid to assist in rinsing dishes without leaving spots or cleanser residue. Refill this every 2 to 5 months as needed.

3. Pour or place dishwasher soap liquid, powder or tablets into the soap dispenser. Close the mechanism. Fill a single gully with soap for a normal wash; fill both for a more heavily soiled load.

4. Select cycle length from the control panel; depress the corresponding button. Select water jet strength based on whether it is a lightly or heavily soiled load of dishes; depress the appropriate button. Then depress the button for the drying cycle you desire, either heater or ambient air dry. Press the "Start Wash" button.

5. Unload the Triton dishwasher when the "clean" button illuminates signaling the end of your chosen wash and dry cycles.

Tips & Warnings

• The Triton saves your last chosen wash and dry cycle. There is no need to reprogram with each cycle unless you wish to alter the program features.
