Take a picture using the camera on your cell phone, or transfer the picture you wish to send to your phone using a USB cable or micro SD card.

Select the "Message" option from the menu on your cell phone.

Next, select "New Message" and choose the "Picture Message" option.

Enter the phone number of the person you want to receive the message.

Move the cursor down to enter any text that you would like to accompany the picture.

Highlight the box that says "Picture," push the "OK" or "My Pics" button and find the picture you want to send.

When you are satisfied with your message, push the "Send" button on your phone.

Tips & Warnings
Make sure the person you are sending the picture to also has picture messaging services, or they will not be able to view the picture.
