How to Install Microsoft Framework 1.1

Microsoft has long been the industry leader in everything relating to computers and its software. From word processors to video games, Microsoft covers most if not all of its bases. Microsoft Framework is no exception, giving program developers the necessary tools to create fully functioning software for not only computers, but personal devices (such as PDAs and cell phones) as well. Learn how to install Microsoft Framework 1.1.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Follow the link in "References," below, and click "Download."

  2. Step 2

    Click "Save File" when asked if you would like to save the file. It will take a few moments for the file to download.

  3. Step 3

    Double-click the newly downloaded file. It will either appear in a "Downloads" pop-up window or as an icon on the desktop.

  4. Step 4

    Click "OK" and then "Run" when asked if you would like to run the file.

  5. Step 5

    Click "Yes" when asked if you would like to install Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Package. The software will now install.
