How to Loop Music in Flash

Adobe Flash is a program used to make movies for the web. Music and sound effects are an important part of any movie. Importing sound into a flash movie is simple. You can also create music that loops or repeats simply by changing a feature in the sound properties.

Instructions

    • 1

Open the flash movie to which you want to add sound. Select "File," then choose "Open." Navigate to the file and double-click on it.

    • 2

Import the sound file. Select "File," then choose "Import to Library." Navigate to the sound file and double-click on it. Then, select the starting keyframe for the sound file. In the "Properties" tab, change the "Sound:" drop-down box to the imported sound file.

    • 3

Select the desired syncing option from the "Sync" drop-down box. The sound can begin with an event, stream as soon as the movie has loaded enough data to start, or start and stop at specified points. To add additional starting and stopping points, insert new keyframes and repeat this step.
