Things You'll Need:
- beef cut into small strips
- onion diced
- mushrooms
- 1 bag of egg noodles
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- Garlic Powder
- Large frying pan
- Large Pot

Step 1
Ok to begin Get out a large pot and put in about 3 1/2 cups of water and bring that to a boil. Next you want to wash your mushrooms as thoroughly as possible I always peel my mushrooms and throw away the stems but that's just me. You then want to dice your onion and slice your mushrooms. Now either add a small amount of cooking spray or butter to a large frying pan and sauté your mushrooms and onion.

Season your mushroom - onion mix with garlic powder. Add your bag of egg noodles to your water and lower your heat boil your noodles til they are tender about 7 - 10 minutes. Add your beef to your frying pan and cook thoroughly. Drain Your Noodles and put them back in your pot.

Once the beef is cooked thoroughly open your can of cream of mushroom soup add it to the beef stir it in well over a low flame let it cook for about five minutes(do not add water) then add the cream and beef over your noodles then add two large spoonfuls of sour cream stir in and it is ready to eat
