Starbuck's green tea latte contains matcha powder, which is rich in antioxidants and contains the amino acid L-theanine that induces mind relaxation . Studies have also shown that green tea helps to get rid of stomach fat. It has been said that green matcha tea has 10 times more antioxidants than regular green tea. Follow these steps to help lose weight with matcha powder.
