How to Apply Sunblock
Having sunblock as part of your skin-care regimen isn't enough: You have to apply it in the correct manner. When choosing sunscreen, look for an SPF of at least 15 and formulas that correspond with your activity, such as waterproof mixtures if you'll be swimming. - sunblock, lotion or cream, for the face or sensitive skin
- spray sunblock

Shake the sunblock container to make sure that the ingredients are blended well.

Start applying your sunblock 30 minutes before going out in the sun to allow the lotion to penetrate your skin.

Apply a cream sunblock to your most sensitive skin first, such as your face, ears, bikini line, backs of your knees and feet. If you're bald, apply sunblock yo your head.

Apply a spray sunblock to the larger areas of your body. Using a slow, sweeping motion, spray the sunblock over each limb, and your torso, front and back.

Reapply your sunblock every few hours, or after swimming or excessive sweating.

Tips & Warnings
Sunblock should have an SPF rating of at least 30, and block both UVA and UVB rays.
If you're in the sun, you'll probably sweat eventually. Why not stick with waterproof sunblock every time?
