How to use Online Check In Service at Disney World

Planning a trip to Walt Disney World can be very daunting. There are so many things to remember any item you can check off your list is helpful. Walt Disney World has finally made online check in available for those who are visiting the Happiest Place on Earth. Visitors can use the online check in service and save time when they arrive in Disney World. This way your vacation can start the minute you arrive!

Things You'll Need:

• reservations at Disney World Resort
• computer
• online access
• reservation number

1. The first thing you need to do is make your Disney World reservations. Make sure you get an email confirmation so you can access that information when need be. once you have your reservation you must wait until ten days before your arrival date to register online.

2. Once the ten day mark has come visitors must gather their reservation information. You can now access the confirmation email sent to you to get your reservation number. now go to www.DisneyWorld.com and click on the My Vacation link. Scroll down and you will see the online check in tab. click on the log in or register now button to get started.

3. You will then be asked to enter your confirmation number and telephone number. This will access the online check in page. All that is left is to enter in simple travel information like how many are in your party and you must confirm travel information so you are ready to receive your travel packet when you arrive.

4. Print out a copy of your reservation from your computer and take it with you when you travel. You should not need it but it is better to be safe than sorry.

5. When you arrive at your Disney World Hotel find the customer service counter with the Online Check in Service sign. You walk up and give them your name and they will hand you your vacation packet. It is that easy. If for some reason the desk is busy and the regular check in is not busy you can walk over and receive your packet there. Now you are done and ready to be on your way!

Tips & Warnings

• Make sure you check your packet at the front desk before you go to your room. Be sure your Key to the World(hotel key card and park ticket card) has the right names for your party and make sure you are in the section you asked for, if you asked for a preferred room be sure you got it!
• Make sure when you make a reservation you add a credit card to your Key to the World card if needed so you can charge items if necessary. if not you will have to have a whole new card made at the front desk, which is a hassle.
