How to Create a Bebo Page

Bebo is a commonly used social networking website that offers a way to connect with people and share digital content. Having a Bebo account enables you to use it in conjunction with other popular venues, such as Facebook and MySpace, in order to get the latest updates and instantly share information across multiple platforms. Creating a Bebo page is a simple and quick process that only takes a few steps on the sign up page.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Internet connection Bebo account
  1. Step 1

    Go to Bebo's website (see Resources) and click the "sign up now!" button to register for a free account.

  2. Step 2

    Choose to add friends' email addresses in order to find them or click the "Skip" link.

  3. Step 3

    Fill in your preferred profile and settings information in the "Basic," "Education," "Work," "Lifestream" and "Privacy Settings" on the "Edit Profile" page links. Click the "Save" button.

  4. Step 4

    Begin uploading photos and videos that you want to share and add any Bebo applications, such as Twitter, that enhance your Profile page. You can also opt to use the "Lifestory" feature, which highlights significant moments in your life using photos, videos and more.

  5. Step 5

    Click the "Change Skins" link on the left-side of your profile page in order to customize the look. You can choose to preview your page with the new formatting and either accept the look by clicking the "Yes" button or click the "Cancel" button to go back and select another style. When you make your choice your profile page automatically updates.

  6. Step 6

    Navigate to the "Modules" link on the left side of your profile page to reorder any sections, such as video box and blog, if preferred. Use drag-and-drop to redesign the left and/or right columns of your page. Click the "Save New Order" button at the bottom to record your work.

  7. Step 7

    Go through and fill in the various sections (modules) of your page, such as "Create a Quiz," if preferred.
