1. Go to BirthDatabase.com. Input the person's first name and last name in the appropriate blanks. According to the BirthDatabase.com website, the birthday information provided is drawn from government records, so you must insert a full, legal name for the best results.

2. Type the person's estimated age into the "age" blank to help narrow results---this is especially important for people with common names such as "Smith" or "Johnson." If you are unable to estimate the person's age, you can leave the blank empty, but you will end up with more results to go through.

3. Click "Search" to begin a free public records query. A "results" page will appear showing individuals matching your search criteria. Their names, birthdays, and city and state of residence will appear.
