1. Press the "Ctrl," "Shift" and "Esc" keys at the same time to bring up the Windows "Task Manager."

2. Click on the "Processes" tab. Find the "ssmgr.exe" and "svchost.exe" processes, and select them.

3. Click the "End Process" button in the Windows "Task Manager" window.

4. Go to the "Start" menu.

5. Click on "Search" and select "All Files and Folders" option.

6. Type "ssmgr.exe" and press "Enter."

7. Delete the found file.

8. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 for the files "svchost.exe" and "ansmtp.dll."

9. Click the "Start" menu and select "Run."

10. Type "regedit" and press "Enter" to bring up the registry editor.
