Losing weight can be hard enough without having to deal with food cravings! Cravings seem to be worse when you tell yourself you cannot have certain foods. You can control food cravings by following these simple steps.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Drink water. When you crave a certain food, drink a full glass of water. The feeling of fullness you get from the water will knock the craving out.

  2. Step 2

Get rid of all foods that you cannot have according to your diet. This will control your food cravings for certain. If you do not have it, you cannot eat it!

  3. Step 3

Eat a healthy food and imagine it is the food you are craving. Mind over matter!

  4. Step 4

When you crave a forbidden food, exercise until the craving is gone. That will also boost your weight loss!

  5. Step 5

Try hypnosis. There are many medical professionals out there that can hypnotize you to control food cravings.

  6. Step 6

Pick a day, once a month, to give in. Eat only a small bite of whatever you crave. Eat a small chocolate. You cannot restrict yourself all the time or you will fail. But do not give in more than that!
