Dancing burns tons of calories and is fun at the same time. You can burn 500 calories an hour dancing at the same time. I love to dance! dancing is my favorite workout. If you love to dance and want to benefit from moving and grooving, lose weight by dancing!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    Listen to upbeat music. Upbeat music encourages you to dance at a fast pace which burns more calories.

  2. Step 2

    Dance to music you like! If you don't like the music, it will be harder to dance to.

  3. Step 3

    Watch a dance workout dvd if you need ideas on dance moves. You can also watch music videos with dancing or videos on the internet.

  4. Step 4

    Move your whole body while dancing! You burn more calories by moving more body parts. Although River dancing is beneficial!

  5. Step 5

    Dance for an hour a day!

  6. Step 6

    Drink plenty of water before, during and after dancing. You need to hydrate yourself!

  7. Step 7

    Choose a diet plan in addition to dancing everyday. I recommend the Slim Fast Diet plan. Dieting will help you lose weight faster!
