Step 1
Highlight with a lighter colored makeup, initially, in order to set the foundation to make your blue eyes stand out. Brush a lighter color of eyeshadow on the upper eyelid, up to the underside of the brow.

Now, brush a bronze eyeshadow to sweep across the eyelid just over where you can see when the eye is open. It should be slightly under the underside of the eyebrow line. The golden bronze eyeshadow should make your blue eyes stand out.

Now use a brown eyeliner to line the top of the eyelash line. This should really make your blue eyes pop!

Lastly, put on a thick coat of black mascara in order to make your blue eyes bluer. If you want a very dramatic makeup look, put on several coats of mascara; it will make it look like you have thicker lashes and bluer eyes.
