Believe it or not but there are exercises you can do to increase your height . Adding certain yoga and stretching techniques to you daily exercise regiment will actually make you taller! Please note that along with these exercises you should practice healthy eating habits and a proper sleep schedule(to maximize height potential).

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Use Yoga to Grow Taller

One great practice that may add an inch or two to your height is Yoga . Yoga is basically a series of stretches , these stretches will gradually increase your muscles and bones stretching abilities . On top of increasing your muscle and bone stretching abilities , yoga also may add an inch between your spine discs, which will add a permanent inch to your height. I have included a few websites that include free Yoga poses that you can print up and use at home .

  2. Step 2

    Touch Your Toes

Apart from Yoga , one simple exercise that will increase your height is by touching your toes . This is basically self explanatory , all you have to do it stand straight up with your feet together and brings your arms down until your hands touch your toes. Hold the stretch for about
2-3 seconds (Repeat for 5 - 10 mins per day).

  3. Step 3

    "The Yawn"

This next exercise is referred to as "The Yawn" . Stand straight up , place your hand behind your neck , and then lean your upper body back as far as you can go without losing your balance.

  4. Step 4

    "Leg Up Technique "

Another heightening stretch is the "Leg Up Technique " . For this stretch all you have to do is simply lye on the floor with your hand behind your neck and raise your left leg up and back as far as you can . Hold this position for about 3-5 seconds and then alternate with your right leg.

  5. Step 5

Keep track of you height often to figure out how well these stretching techniques work for you.
