Things You'll Need:
- Crab legs
- Large Pot
- Old Bay
- Old Bay Rub
- Zataran Creole Seasoning
-
Step 1
First - if your crab legs are frozen, you don't have to thraw them. You can cook them frozen. So - take out the largest pot that you have and place on the stovetop. Fill the pot ½ to ¾ of the way to the top with water. This is, of course, dependable on how many crab leg clusters you have and the size of the pot.
-
Step 2
Bring water to a boil.
-
Step 3
As the water boils, place crab legs in the pot. Wait – until the water starts to boil again. It will take approximately five to ten minutes for the water to boil again.
-
Step 4
When the water starts to boil again, turn down the heat and let simmer for approximately eight to ten minutes.
-
Step 5
Remove the crab legs from the pot and place them on a serving tray.
-
Step 6
Apply Old Bay, Old Bay Rub, and Zataran Creole Seasoning to the crab legs while they are still moist. Next -let the crab legs cool. After the crab legs have cooled, you can eat them.
