Things You'll Need:
- 25 Basketballs
- 5 Ball Racks
- Basketball court with three-point line
- Timer or stopwatch
-
Step 1
Place 5 balls on each of the 5 basketball racks (see Tips below for alternatives if you do not have 25 balls and 5 racks).
-
Step 2
Put the first rack of balls in the right corner just behind the three-point line. The rack should be in a straight line with the basket with the balls one behind the other. This is your right corner, three-point shot.
-
Step 3
Put the second rack of balls on a 45-degree angle to the right of the basket just behind the three-point line. The rack should be on a 45-degree angle to the basket with the balls one behind the other. This is your right wing, three-point shot.
-
Step 4
Put the third rack of balls straight on from the basket and just behind the three-point line. The rack should be in a straight line to the basket with the balls one behind the other. This is your up top, three-point shot.
-
Step 5
Repeat Steps 2 and 3 on the left side of the court. At this point you should have 5 racks with 5 balls each. One in each corner, one on each wing and one up top.
-
Step 1
Set the timer to 1 minute (or 90 seconds if doing it with rebounders and a player handing you the ball).
-
Step 2
Start with your feet behind the three-point line in the right corner.
-
Step 3
At the whistle, grab the first ball and take the shot. Make sure that you keep your feet behind the three-point line before jumping to take the shot.
-
Step 4
Continue to shoot the remaining 4 balls from that corner.
-
Step 5
Proceed to the wing and take those 5 shots.
-
Step 6
Proceed to each of the three other three-point spots and shoot until all 25 balls have been shot or the time has expired.
-
Step 7
Record the number of shots made--you get 1 point for each shot. The player with the most points is the winner.
