- Wooden or paper mache box with lid
- 2 inch by 1 inch block of styrofoam

A ring holder can be fashioned from the block of styrofoam covered with velvet. Simply cut slits into the styrofoam and push the velvet down into them. The rings would slide into the slits for safekeeping.
