Things You'll Need:
- 2 turkey breast cutlets 3-4 shakes of garlic powder 3-4 shakes of onion powder Non-stick cooking spray Frying pan
-
Step 1
Thaw out your turkey breast cutlets. Leave them in the refrigerator in the morning, and they will be thawed out by dinnertime.
-
Step 2
Use non-stick cooking spray on your frying pan, then place the pan on the stove. Set to medium heat and allow five minutes to heat.
-
Step 3
Lay the turkey breast cutlets on the skillet.
-
Step 4
Sprinkle the garlic and onion powders on top of the turkey breast cutlets. This will flavor the turkey breasts without adding fat.
-
Step 5
Cook the turkey breast cutlets for 3 minutes, then flip. Cook them another 3 minutes, and they should be finished. You can tell if they are fully cooked by using a meat thermometer (the middle should be 165 degrees; do not cook over 170 degrees). You also can cut them in the middle to make sure they are no longer pink, but you risk drying the meat upon further cooking.
-
Step 6
Remove the cutlets from the frying pan and plate them. Serve hot.
