How to Change the Screensaver on MSI Wide Notebook

Screensavers are programs that turn on when a computer has been idle for a period of time, and are designed to prevent Phosphor burn-in on CRT and plasma monitors. They blank the screen and fill it with images that consist of moving 3D animations, texts and pictures when the computer is not in use. MSI Wide Notebooks support Windows Operating Systems, thereby making changing and configuring a new screensaver a simple process anyone can do.

Instructions

    • 1

Right-click an empty spot on the Windows desktop and click "Properties."

    • 2

Click the "Screensaver" tab. Select the new screensaver you want from the list on the "Screensaver" window.

    • 3

Click the "Settings" button. Drag the sliders to adjust the screensaver size, speed and resolution. Click "OK" to save the changes.

    • 4

Select the time you want your computer to remain idle before the screensaver begins. Click" Preview" to view the screensaver before you save it.
