Use an anti-spyware to disable the Trojan. Make sure to download a reputable spyware remover. One that you might want to consider is SpyZooka by Blue Penguin software.

Downloaded your anti-spyware software; install it and click on "AutoUpdate to make sure that you have the latest virus definitions. Run a "Full" scan. This could take 30 minutes or more. Once the scan is finished it should find the Game Thief. If it does then you can click on "Quarantine" and the threat will be removed.

Protect yourself from future threats by clicking on the "Spyguard" page in Spyzooka. Click on the "Spyguard" check box and this will protect your computer from future infections. Under the "Settings" page click on "Start On Windows Startup for All" and this will automatically start the program when your computer is turned on.
