- Butter, 1 1/2 cup Light brown sugar, 1 pound Sugar, 1 cup Eggs, 5 Flour, 3 cups Salt, 1/2 tsp Baking powder, 1 1/4 tsp Milk, 1 cup Vanilla, 1/2 tsp Rum flavoring, 1/2 tsp Butternut flavoring, 1 tsp Chopped pecans, 1 cup

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Using a hand mixer, cream the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Add the eggs, one at a time, to the creamed sugar mixture, continue mixing until the eggs are thoroughly combined.

Sift the dry ingredients and add alternately with milk.
