      Put desired material, frosting or filling in a zip-top plastic freezer bag.

      Squeeze out as much air as possible by twisting the unfilled portion of the bag.

      Cut a small corner off the bottom of the bag.

    • 4

      Squeeze frosting or filling onto pastry.

Tips & Warnings

  • Start with a small cut; you can always make the hole bigger. Throw the bag away when you're finished; there is no need to wash it.

  • There are no decorative tips used with a plastic bag, so you won't be able to make fancy designs.
