Also destracting yourself. When your feel a panic attack coming on do something to destract your mind from it. Sing a song, flicker through the channels on tv, play a video game etc. Do anything that you would normally enjoy doing to help get your mind.

  3. Step 3

Panic attacks are usually stress related or brought on by an anxiety order. By getting rid of the stress in your life and worrying less will help rid of attacks. Also excercising and staying acting along with just reading a book or taking a short walk outside.

  4. Step 4

Remember it's just a passing phase. No matter how scary a panic attack can be it always helps to remember that it's just a passing phase. You need to remind yourself that what your feeling to ignite the panic attack is normal bodily functions happening at the wrong time and there not going to hurt you. By doing this and following the other tips from above like staying active and keeping your mind from thinkin about the panic attack it should start to help you gain control of these attacks better.
