The easiest way to make a weekly calendar is to use an information management program such as EssentialPIM, which is available in free and paid versions. The free version, which is described in this article, not only color-codes important events but can flash reminders on your screen at intervals you select. The paid program adds synchronization with Palm and Windows Mobile devices, and event reminders that can be emailed to others.
