Things You'll Need:
- Photo album(s)
- Pictures
-
Step 1
Before taking your first picture, develop a plan for your photo album of memories.
Determine how many rolls of film will you need.
How many pictures do you plan to take.
How many pages in a photo album will you need.
Are these pictures for you only or to share with others. -
Step 2
The first picture you take should be a place and time. This will become a reminder of where you were at the time and help guide you through the remaining pictures in your photo album of memories. As you take additional pictures continue to add a picture or two that are a place and time.
-
Step 3
Develop the pictures at a photo developing place. There are several options available. You can have the photos developed online or at a local photo shop. When you have the photos in hand, proceed to lay the photos down. Put each photo down, one by one, next to one another. Look at the photos and determine if they tell a story. You will want the photos to tell a story of where you were, where you went, what type of fun you had, etc.
-
Step 4
Add the photos to the photo album. Group pictures together to tell a story. Spread out other photos over several pages to tell a story of your travels. Write in dates, times, places, comments on each page. You want your photo album to tell a story without you saying a word.

on 6/30/2009 Now scrapbooking I love! However, digital cameras seem to make us less likely to make those photo albums anymore. RRCR5*

on 6/25/2009 I think many have got out of the habit of keeping photo albums with the new digital technologies but I don't believe anything compares to being able to flip through pages of an album to re-live memories!
